World Study Week in Nursery

This week, we have been learning all about Canada! 

We have looked at different Canadian landscapes from mountain ranges to lakes to deserts. It really is a big place! We especially enjoyed learning about the animals that live there and looking at how people live throughout the changing seasons. The children enjoyed looking at and talking about First Nation people’s art and felt inspired to create their own. Our favourite part of the week has been tasting the Canadian specialty “Poutine.” We all agreed, it was delicious!
