Welcome from the Headteacher
Lord Scudamore Academy is a friendly, welcoming community, which was established in 1852. We have a long tradition of providing excellent primary education to our pupils. Our school is part of the Herefordshire Marches Federation of Academies (a group of schools in Herefordshire).

We are extremely proud of our exceptional Pre-school provision.
Our Nursery is currently allocating places for September. We offer free 30-hour places to 3 and 4-year olds.
Train to become a primary school teacher with us
School Direct Herefordshire programme is an inspiring and immersive school-centred training route into teaching. We are working with University of Worcester and our partnership schools to create an inclusive and innovative training programme. Our aim is to provide high calibre new teachers for the 21st Century.
We currently have a number of School Direct non-salaried positions available. You may apply to train with us through UCAS.
