Year 6 Remembrance Poetry

This week Year 6 were looking closely at Remembrance Day and created their own beautiful Remembrance poems.

Year 5 & 6 Spanish Club

This week, children from Year 5 & Year 6 have started Spanish club after school. We learnt all about the ‘Day of the Dead’ festival and the artwork associated with it. The children created and coloured skull masks, made origami flowers and painted papel picado.

This week in art, pupils have been researching artists who will serve as inspiration for their final pieces. They searched facts and explored methods and techniques they wish to use.
