Remembrance Day 2020

In Year 6, we have spent time celebrating the things that we are thankful for and thinking of those who are less fortunate than ourselves at harvest time. On outlines of fruits and vegetables, we wrote our thoughts which were hung up on the trees in the local church.
Electrical Investigations in Year 6

In Year 6, we have continued to explore electricity. We have been investigating three different questions: Does wire length affect the brightness of a bulb in a circuit? Do the amount of components (bulbs/buzzers) affect how they work in a circuit? Does the voltage of a battery affect how the components in a circuit work?
Addition Challenges in Year 6

In Year 6 this week, we have been working extremely hard to solve a variety of addition challenges. These have made Year 6 use their reasoning skills as well as testing their perseverance and resilience. Well done Year 6!
