Little Red Riding Hood and Reading Buddies in Year 1

Year 1 had fun acting in role during our English lessons using mobile phones. Â We also had enjoyed spending time with our reading buddies from Year 4.
Easter in Reception

As well as learning about the Christian Easter story, the children in Reception have enjoyed showing off their fantastic Easter bonnets, hunting for chocolate eggs in the Eco Garden and creating a lovely cross for our church display. Â Happy Easter everyone!Â
Year 3 & 4 Girls Football

Burghill took a quick 2-0 lead but Scudamore managed to hold on for the remainder of the match. The girls came close to scoring several times but unfortunately couldn’t find the back of the net. The girls played exceptionally well together considering it was their first match as a team.Â

PE in Year 5

This week Year 5 had a bit of a different PE lesson. All classes were mixed and in small groups, the children worked together to create their own small PE game or activity that they could demonstrate to their peers. Surprisingly, we were interrupted by a flurry of SNOW!
