In association with our topic on ‘The Romans’, the Year 3 classes will be visiting the Roman Amphitheatre, Baths, Fortress and Museum. The contribution per child is £8.50 to cover the cost of the museum workshops and transport.
Your child should wear school uniform and a waterproof coat will be essential as it may well be very cold and wet! Sensible walking shoes should be worn. A packed lunch is required and a STILL drink in a screw top plastic bottle or plastic flask.
Please sign the consent form and return it, along with your payment of £8.50 by Friday 24th March. We would like to reassure you that the education of your child will not be prejudiced if your child is unable to take advantage of this school visit – but do discuss any concerns with the class teacher (arrangements can be made for weekly payments if required). Please note it is possible that this trip may be cancelled if insufficient contributions are received. Thank you.
