Welsh Water Visit

We started our morning today with a very interesting and informative assembly delivered by Jo from Welsh Water. We learnt all about the different ways we clog up our drains, and talked about the alternative things we can do to avoid them happening. The most interesting discussion we had was about pouring fat down the sink, and how that can cause huge lumps of fat to form in our drains, eventually blocking them! We now know that instead, we should scrape or pour the fat into the bin.
