Wellness Week in Year 2

As part of Wellbeing week 2T have been very busy! We started the week with an art day and explored how art can help us to be calm and mindful. We also created a chain of positivity for our class to read if they are having a difficult day. We have done lots of yoga to explore how exercise can be another strategy for mindfulness and lastly, created some gratitude jars for the children to remember all of the things that make them happy!
