A visit from Chris Connaughton

Year 3 thoroughly enjoyed our visit from a ‘real life’ author.  They were totally engrossed in his storytelling and many came away inspired to write their own stories.  We have been learning a traditional tale about a clever fairy and a brave mouse who defeat an evil giant.  The children are now writing their own character descriptions which we can’t wait to read!
