The Gingerbread Man in Reception

Reception have enjoyed reading the story of The Gingerbread Man this week.  We acted out the story in the hall by travelling and balancing in different ways.  We then took on the role of fox or gingerbread man as we played gingerbread ‘tag’! The children really did “run, run as fast as they can”!  We have also had a lovely time making our own playdough gingerbread men and decorating them with beads, buttons, googly eyes and pom poms!
