This week we created a group painting in a prehistoric style.
We created a positive handprint by covering our palm in rustic colours and leaning on our background. We created a second image without adding more paint.
We created a negative handprint by laying down our hand on the background and sponging around, on some we dragged the sponge to create a blending effect.
By using rustic colours, we tried to imitate how colour would have been developed using berries, soil and decomposing leaves.
