Today in Year 1 we had a DT day and designed and made our own puppets based on a character from the ‘Little Red Riding Hood’ story.
First, we tried joining fabric in different ways, glue, staples and safety pins. We then designed our puppets and chose how to join the material from what we had learnt. Finally, we made our puppets and shared them with our friends.
Aren’t they fantastic? We all loved making them!
