In Year 2 we have been looking at instructions. We followed some instructions for jam sandwiches and learnt that instructions need a title, an equipment list, bullet points, numbers, diagrams and imperative verbs. All of the information within the instructions helped us make the perfect jam sandwich for the giant to eat.
As well as instructions within English we have also been looking at plants in science. This week we created our own bumble bee and pollinated plants and looked at what happens with the pollen when the bees move around.
