Small Breeds Farm in Reception

Our Reception children had SUCH a lovely day at the Small Breeds Farm, Kington. We saw lots of different varieties of owls, chickens, geese and pheasants, as well as rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, sheep, alpacas, pigs, donkeys and ponies. What a fabulous day out!
Balancing in Reception

n Reception we have been working very hard on balancing carefully and landing on two feet with our knees bent. Fabulous work everyone.
Chinese New Year in Reception

Reception have been learning all about Lunar New Year (Chinese New Year in particular.). Â They have practised their cutting skills whilst creating beautiful lanterns and patterned snakes, and have painted Chinese symbols. Â The children also enjoyed tasting some tradition Chinese food!Â

Fine Motor Skills in Reception
