PE in Nursery

The Nursery children enjoyed using apparatus in P.E. They started by warming up their bodies by stretching, jumping and jogging on the spot. They then worked their way around the apparatus, balancing over the equipment.

KS1 Sports Day

This week the year 1 and 2 children took part in their sports day. The children got to choose which races they ran in. All children ran and supported each other brilliantly. Well done.

Forest School in Reception

Our Reception children have enjoyed lots of lovely Forest School sessions this term.  They have been busy minibeast hunting, making bird feeders, creating homes for woodland animals, building dens, playing animal hide and seek and creating natural artwork… plus many more exciting outdoor adventures!

People Who Help Us in Nursery

This week in Nursery our topic has been ‘People who help us.’ The children have been having lots of fun learning about and dressing up as Firefighters, Police Officers, Vets, Doctors, Post People and Mechanics. 

Animals in Year 1

In science we are learning about carnivores, omnivores and herbivores.  We looked at their teeth to try and work out what they would eat.  We then sorted the animals.
