Poems of Courage in Year 4

Year 4 have really enjoyed studying the book ‘The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and The Horse’. We have had a strong English focus, studying the book and in particular looking at the word ‘Courage’. We turned our ideas about courage into beautiful poems. We created line drawings inspired by the artwork from the book.Â

A great start in Nursery

Damper Bread in Year 1

In forest school we made damper bread. This is traditionally from Australia. We made the dough and then baked it on sticks over the fire. We ate it with jam and it was delicious!
