Stickman in Nursery

The Nursery children have had lots of fun creating their own Stickman to link in with our focus story ‘Stickman’ by Julia Donaldson. They used sticks that we collected from the Eco-garden last week and added googly eyes and material to give them clothes!

Measuring in Year 3

This week in Maths, Year 3 have been focussing on their measurement skills. We have had fun measuring in meters, centimetres and millimetres – we even measured and drew lines on our desks! We have also talked about equivalent measurements and used this skill to convert different measurement units. Well done Year 3!

Number bonds in Year 1

Computing in Year 4

Year 4 have been studying weather within their computing topic. They created weather gauges as a way of recording data about the weather conditions in Hereford. They are then aiming to collect this data using their computing skills to record the information. We look forward to seeing the results.
Forest School in Nursery

Nursery had such a lovely time in the Eco Garden. The children started by looking for sticks to use for our Stickman story. They then had great fun exploring the environment, building, digging and playing hide and seek.
