Earthquake Proof Houses in Year 3

This week in Geography, Year 3 have been looking at earthquakes – following on from our previous work on volcanoes and mountains.  We have developed our understanding of what earthquakes are and where they occur. Gingerbread Man in Nursery

This week in Nursery we have been reading the story of the Gingerbread Man. As part of it they have been making their own Gingerbread men. They have all enjoyed mixing the ingredients, rolling them out, cutting out the men and of course eating them!

DT Project in Year 4

This week Year 4 have been working on creating Christmas Pavilions as part of their DT project. As part of this they created a whole portfolio of work documenting their design process, from initial drawing plans, to prototypes, to the final finished product they have had so much fun making these.
