Poppy Day

Year 6 Poetry Stars

Year 6 pupils have just found out that they won ‘highly commended’ for poems they submitted to Ledbury Poetry Festival in summer 2017. They wrote their poems in English lessons with Mrs. Watkins. The festival coordinator commented that their poems were of a very high standard. Well done Year 6.
Something strange took place in Year 1 last week!

The children found a crime scene with magic potion, glittery shoes and a cauldron cooking on a fire. We don’t know who has left this here but we think it may be a bad fairy! Year 1 did some fantastic investigation ready for our literacy next week. Well done, Year 1.
