Pyjama Appeal

Children’s Hospital Pyjamas are asking for your donations. Do you have a new pair of pyjamas that you can donate to help children in hospital this Christmas? If so, please bring your donations to the school office, or give them to your teacher who can hand them over for you. Thank you!
African Art in Year 3

This week in Year 3 we began our new Art topic – ‘Black and White Art’. We investigated how we could create a piece of art using only a black pen and coloured card. We are really pleased with our creations, and we hope that you like them too!
Welcome Back Year 4!

Class 4LB have worked hard to create a piece of art to be displayed on the window of their classroom. Each child chose their own design and they are very proud of how effective it looks now all their individual work has been combined.

Journeys in Reception

Reception have been looking at journeys. We read the story of Little Red Riding Hood and looked at the journey she took to Grandmas house. We then painted the characters she saw on her way.
Castles in Year 1

This week we had fun virtually exploring castles using Google Expeditions. Â We learnt the names for different parts of a castle and built our own. Â We also used our crocodiles to compare numbers.
Remembrance in Year 2

In Year 2 this week we have worked hard on a Remembrance Day project. We held our 2 minute silence at 11:00am on the 11th and we remembered them.
Shape in Reception

During our independent activities this week we chose to make rockets out of coloured shapes. We glued them onto the paper to turn our shapes into rockets.
