The Great River Wye Spring Clean

Thanks to all of those who turned out to help clean up the banks of the River Wye.  Congratulations to Evie who named the barge which travelled down the river collecting rubbish.  We collected 60 sacks of rubbish and 8 bags of cans.

Caerleon

Year 3 enjoyed a great day out at Caerleon last term.  We enjoyed exploring the amphitheatre and trying on the armour.  As you can by Eva’s face the girls didn’t like being told that they couldn’t go to school!

Cricket in Reception

Reception have enjoyed their first cricket session with Dave from All Stars, which they will continue with throughout the summer term. They will be learning skills that they can use in a cricket game, focusing on throwing and catching.
